There are No Contracts and No Memberships at The Pedal Studio®. We offer a totally flexible “Pay-Per-Ride” system.

RIDE PACKS

• 1 Class Card £10 (£10 per ride)
• 5 Class Card £30 (£6 per ride)
• 10 Class Card £50 (£5 per ride)

(Note: if you book in and ride a 1,5hr extended / double class – this takes up 2 ride credits not 1)

Access to 7 consecutive days for £10

This is a once off unlimited usage for New Riders who are local to London only and starts from when you make your first class booking, not when you just register on the studio web site. We believe that this is a good period of time to determine if Indoor Cycling is for you. Try to get a weekend session in!

RIDE PACK EXPIRY

(Our ride packs expires after 3 months)

This is a requirement of the online banking merchant as we support charge backs under legitimate claims and as such the merchant bank will not allow us to be exposed to potential claims 3 months after sales date. So please, understand we are not trying to rob you. We never used to have this and would not be introducing this unless we had to.

Remember – we reward you for referrals – so keep your costs down by referring us out and we will give you a free session each time someone new, that you introduce joins and pays for a 5 or 10 ride pack.

If you are part of a club or school, please chat to us about special rates for team training sessions.

We regret no refunds under any circumstance.

This is subject to legitimate claims under charge backs through your debit card ( Bank ) as per the Consumer Act and we do not infringe on your rights to this.

Riders mailing in to enquire about refunds will be charged a ride credit for administration costs of dealing with the request that will be denied given our policy. Please work through the formal charge back policy with YOUR BANK if you have a legitimate claim under the consumer act. If you decide to upsticks and move to Lesotho, that honestly is your decision, just be aware we do not have a Pedal Studio branch there.

 

Payments

 

All payments are made online and upfront before booking any classes. There are no cash or cheque payment options.

If you are a club or school, special arrangements for payments can be made before hand.

NOTE: Payment for classes is due in full before you can book and enter classes.

Reservations and Cancellations

Bikes may be reserved up to two weeks in advance.

Cancellations are managed by you on line and will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the start of class with no penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24hrs till the scheduled ride will be charged in full. Your fellow riders who are on the waiting list will be very happy if you graciously do cancel in the knowledge that you are still being charged.

Just a very quick word on this as it appears Pedal Studio is being greedy and we are not, this is the way the system works and it is inflexible on this coding point. If you feel stongly about this, drop them a line
