Using the booking system (MBO)

We have had the new Booking System in for some time so I thought it time I added details for those of you still struggling a little to get your heads around some operations

It will take you to this page where you can

1) Log in
2) Create a new account ( if you new)
a. If you struggling to create an account , do not create two as the system identifies these and we end up merging these.
3) Click on ‘Class’ top right and see schedule ( need to be logged in to book)

This is the schedule when you not logged in

Once logged in or if you have just joined you arrive at ‘your profile’ also note details on your account.

You can expand and see:

1) Registered phone ( we need this to call you if classes cancel at short notice
2) Email address & Log in
3) Referrals ( let us know by email when someone you refer buys a ride pack – not the intro offer) and we will notch this up.
4) Emergency contact number – we may need this.
5) Client Indexes – in time we will populate the Heart Rate system from here on a daily basis so changes you make will auto fill the system in the studio ( currently manual)

On your account you can see:

Account details ( have rides expired and thus you cannot book, let us know)

Your Purchases – do you need an invoice? Click for one

Play around with the views , you can see:
1) Visits
2) Planned visits
3) If you cancelled or road
4) Contact logs – how many times the system has mailed you

Just Follow these simple screen to see how this works

Select the hours you want .

Choose the right room you after – this is key !

Bag your hours and date and time ( remember to have checked the booking screen to see it is free !)

Now you need to pay ( it is all pay as you go )

Your order will still prompt you prior to payment
