We are all into cycling in some form or other and we have a lot of fun. The catch is you have to be Spinning qualified because we are an Official Spinning Studio ! But first up we want to hear from you and you have to be nuts about riding, it is not the certificate we want to see, but how you take a class and respond to your riders needs.

The basic requirements are, other than being cycling mad !
- Level 1 Spinning qualified (Our master Instructors will be your instructors)
- Insurance (ask us for details)
- Music Licence
- Basic First Aid
