Pricing
First of all, there are no memberships at The Pedal Studio®. We offer a totally flexible “pay-per-ride” system. You can walk-in and pay each time, or you can purchase a multiple-ride ‘credit’ where the cost per class goes down.

Remember – we reward you for referrals – so keep your prices down by referring us out and we will give you a free session each time someone new joins that you introduce.

Payments
Please pay for the £10 for 7 day introductory offer and any other subsequent classes after your first 7 days by putting cash or a cheque, made out to A. Clayton, into an envelope ( these are provided at the studio on top of the safe if you forget ). Include with your name and date of payment written onto the envelope, if you do not include your name we will not know who to allocate the payment to so please include your name!
Place this in the safe in the ride zone in studio where the bikes are. We will then allocate your cash to your account so please remember to check your ride credits have increased a few days (+- 4 after you have paid. If not please contact us to let us know they have not increased.
NOTE: Payment for classes is due in full before you can enter classes.
Reservations and Cancellations
Bikes may be reserved up to one week in advance. Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to a class with no penalty.
To cancel a class, simply click cancel in the booking sheet - cancellations will be allowed up to 24 hours before your class time. After this time, you will be charged for the entire class. (i.e. a credit will be used up)
If you want to cancel, go to the booking page and where your name appears as the word ‘cancel’ you are eligible to cancel this ride. Cancellations are not allowed if there is less then 24hrs to ride – your name will then appear as your registered user name with no option to ‘cancel’
Walk-in and Bike Release Policy
You can always walk-in without a reservation and if there are unreserved bikes, you can pay for a ride or use a ride credit. If you reserve in advance, please be punctual!If you have not reserved in advance, please ensure you book into the class using the PC provided at the studio before you ride.
Empty bikes will be released to walk-ins at the start of each class. This will be 2 minutes before the class starts.
