
Horizones are offering 1 to 2 hr coaching sessions that can be tailored to
your needs. We gear the sessions to attaining personal goals which
can be fitness orientated or geared to confidence and road
awareness.
Topics covered:
Bike geometry / componentry
Climbing techniques
Descending techniques
Cadence and gear usage
Health / Sports nutrition
Intermediate / advanced bike maintenance
Training tips
* All topics run alongside a progressive weekly training programme.
Sessions run on Thursday mornings 7 AM from outside the Studio.
Group sessions are 25GBP ppph for minimum 2 riders.
* One to one sessions are 35GBP per person per hour or 40GBP for 2 hrs -
ask for more details.
