Fat Burn

If you have ever tried indoor cycling before, how often have you heard people come out of a class, dripping in sweat, sucking for air, saying how AMAZING the class was. You may even have been there yourself. That might be what you are after and we will deliver this, after all the intensity of a class is governed by you – that’s the beauty of indoor cycling, you push yourself.

That said, many of us have goals of FAT BURN and for this you need to be training in the right fat burn ZONE and incorporate Interval training to move between zones. Maybe you have not ever heard about this fat burn zone? You will be amazed to learn that your fat burn zone is not really that difficult to get to when on a bike. To keep you in the zone we will be giving you a profile on the Suunto system and strapping you in to ensure your goals are met.

Your instructor will be monitored as the reports form the Suunto will go to you and to us via email. If your instructor is not keeping you in the correct zone, we will be having words. Our focus is to deliver the right training so you can achieve your goals.

When you come in, even for the 7 days for £10, we will set you up on Suunto, it needs a few details about you so it knows what your ‘zones’ are. Each person has unique zones.

(Don’t get confused, we will help you with the technical stuff, the key is that indoor cycling focus on Interval training and Suunto will keep you in YOUR unique monitored hear rate zone)
